This is true! Healthy eating habits begin even before kids learn how to choose their own food. Young children adopt their eating habits from their parents. Before parents can teach their children the habit of eating healthy foods, they must have the proper habit themselves. These days we always see young children, even toddlers, eating fries, pizza, candy, and soda 🙂

Fast and processed foods are so easy to acquire, and they’re everywhere. With all the money, research and advertising that goes into developing these products it’s no wonder we’ve created this kind of food culture.
