Description
This CVC Mazes pack contains 20 mazes containing 80 CVC words plus 10 summary sheets for extra tracing and writing practice.
Mazes 1-5: 4 words per page using 2 middle vowels
Mazes 6-10: 4 words per page using 2 endings
Mazes 11-15: 4 words per page using same initial letter
Mazes 16-20: One middle vowel focus per page
Pages 21-30: Summary sheets to trace and write – 2 pages for each vowel
How to use:
- Students trace each maze with their finger or a pencil, sounding out the words as they go.
- They write the letters below the maze, practice reading it then draw a line to the correct matching picture.
- The mazes and summary pages make excellent assessment tasks.
- Fold back the tracing section of the summary page so students can demonstrate their CVC skills without prompting.
These student pages align with both US and Australian / British spelling
